About me

Hi, I’m Daniel.
I help companies navigate growth & complexity.
I work with growth-stage companies dealing with the realities of scale and increasingly complex leadership decisions. My role is to bring structure where there's friction and clarity where there's noise.
Together, we define priorities, strengthen how the business operates, and put in place the systems needed to support sustainable growth. The result is a company that moves forward with greater focus and alignment.

Startti
Käymme yhdessä läpi alustavasti yrityksesi lähtötilanteen, mahdollisuudet, tavoitteet ja tarpeet. Startti ei velvoita vielä mihinkään, mutta saamme käsityksen siitä, miltä yhteistyö näyttäisi.

Strategia
Suunnittelu ilman strategiaa on kuin suunnistaminen ilman kompassia; tödennäköisyys eksyä on suuri. Strategia-workshopissa sukellamme brändisi ytimeen, minkä jälkeen ymmärrämme yrityksesi läpikotaisin. Sen liiketoiminnan, kohdeyleisön ja ihanneasiakkaan, nykytilanteen, markkinaposition, erottautuvuustekijät, kilpailutilanteen, puhetavan, sekä kasvun esteet, mittarit ja tavoitteet.

Suunnittelu
Strategian pohjalta herätämme brändisi eloon visuaalisella ilmeellä, johon sisältyy mm. logosuunnittelu, graafiset elementit, typografian määrittely, värimaailman määrittely, kuvamaailman määrittely, somepohjat, yrityksen verkkosivujen ulkoasusuunnittelu. Kaikki design luodaan aiemmin luodun liiketoimintalähtöisen strategian pohjalta.

Sovellutus
Brändisi lentää pesästä maailmalle. Offboarding-workshopissa käymme läpi, miten brändisi pysyy elossa kaikissa asiakaskosketuksissa. Brändisi pyhän kirjan, brandbookin avulla sekä selkeillä jalkautus- ja ylläpito-ohjeilla pidämme huolen, että brändisi hallinta pysyy yksinkertaisena ja sulavana.
